Worst Brazil oil spill ‘culprit’ is currently skulking off SA coast

A Greek oil tanker alleged to have caused a huge spill in Brazil is sitting just outside SA waters, according to the SA Maritime Safety Authority.

But the tanker is classified as ‘low-risk’ by the authority, which let it dock at the Cape and Durban.
