Zuma has to apologise to Hanekom, says court, but he refuses to give in

Former president Jacob Zuma has lost an appeal bid against a ruling that it was defamatory to call Derek Hanekom a “known enemy agent”.

But he has vowed to fight this all the way to the Supreme Court of Appeal.
