You jumped a legal red light, judge tells taxi drivers

Minibus taxis in Cape Town routinely fail to stay in their lane, preferring to hurtle recklessly to the front of queues and ignore the rules everyone else is supposed to obey.
Now they’ve done the same thing in the high court, and the judge has thrown up a roadblock.
