Heavy rainfall cause many roads to flood on Wednesday in Cape Town as it was predicted by the weather forecast.

Heavy rainfall hit Cape Town on Wednesday causing flooding on some of the city's roads.

This comes after the SA Weather Service warned on Tuesday that some parts of the country would experience heavy rainfall, severe thunderstorms and gale-force winds as spring sets in.
