Using “trusts” and other financial shenanigans to avoid payouts to spouses in accrual claims in divorce proceedings have been condemned in two recent judgments.

Using “trusts” and other financial shenanigans to avoid payouts to spouses in accrual claims in divorce proceedings have been condemned in two recent judgments.

These highlight the “vulnerability” of women who are “emotionally and financially” battered by their estranged spouses.
