Tokyo Sexwale briefs media on 'looted heritage fund'

ANC veteran and businessman Tokyo Sexwale briefed the media after he made claims about billions of rand being stolen from a “heritage fund”.

His allegations have been slammed as false, with the SA Reserve Bank (SARB) saying it was all a scam.
