Public protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane and National Assembly speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula are at the Constitutional Court on Monday.  

Mapisa-Nqakula is appealing a ruling by the Cape Town high court which was in favour of Mkhwebane in a case related to her removal from office.
