WATCH | Severe storm turns streets of Reims into rivers

A heavy rain downpour preceded by hail turned the streets of Reims, France, into raging rivers.

A video shows vehicles stranded and a motorcycle floating down a road as its helpless  rider wades through the water in an attempt to rescue it before seemingly giving up.  

Dustbins and other objects are also seen floating down the street.
