Cope attacks opposition parties over Nkandla visit

Next month’s visit to Nkandla “is a ploy to sanction further expenditure on the president’s homestead”‚ the Congress of the People (Cope) said. On Tuesday‚ Parliament’s ad-hoc committee set up to look into police minister Nathi Nhleko’s report on the R246-million worth of upgrades on Jacob Zuma’s private home agreed to take members to see the site.
