Government to appeal ruling ordering Bashir's arrest on ICC warrant

Government on Monday said it would appeal a high court judgement ordering Sudanese president Omar al-Bashir to be arrested on an International Criminal Court warrant. Government said the reasons for its appeal would be set out in the affidavit it would submit to court‚ following its failure to detain Bashir.
