Neither secure nor comfortable, where did Nkandla money go?: Frolick

Cedric Frolick‚ the chairman of the parliamentary committee into Police Minister Nathi Nhleko's report on President Jacob Zuma's Nkandla residence, says he is "shocked" at the state of the buildings at the residence. Speaking in the pouring rain outside the complex after an on-site inspection of the estate in KwaZulu-Natal‚ Frolick said it was clear that Zuma was "not secure" or "comfortable" on the estate which cost taxpayers more than R250m to upgrade.
