President appoints new Constitutional Court judge

The Presidency announced that President Jacob Zuma had in terms of section 174 (4) of the Constitution‚ “and after consultation with Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng and leaders of the parties represented in the National Assembly”‚ appointed Justice Nonkosi Zoliswa Mhlantla as a judge of the Constitutional Court with effect from December 1.
