ANCYL set to charge Penny Sparrow over racist Facebook post

The African National Congress Youth League has weighed in on the racist tweet debacle‚ in which estate agent Penny Sparrow said that blacks were monkeys. The Youth Leagues’s KwaZulu-Natal branch released a statement on Monday saying that “racism is a crime that is punishable and as such the Youth League will approach the South African Police Service on the South Coast with the intention to lay criminal charges against this racist”.
