Gauteng Premier David Makhura has outlined a number of programmes aimed of improving the quality of education in the province.Speaking at the state of the province address hosted in Sebokeng on Monday‚ Makhura said the best way to transform the economy of Gauteng was to ensure access to quality education for all the people of the province.
