Gigaba warns on dangers of being without an ID

South Africans without ID documents not only pose a security risk‚ they also pose a “socio-economic risk” of dying and being buried without officialdom knowing they ever existed.This was the warning from Home Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba‚ who says there are 200‚000 uncollected IDs and 5‚000 uncollected green barcoded IDs.
