Minister Masutha welcomes judgment which means Walus will remain in prison

The Minister of Justice and Correctional Services Michael Masutha has welcomed the judgment of the high court in Pretoria which would ensure that the murderer of Chris Hani Janusz Walus remain in prison. Walus brought an application last week to be released on parole pending appeal proceedings against his release by Masutha before the Supreme Court of Appeal.
