President Zuma saves electricity equivalent to supply for 1‚406 homes

The Presidency says it has saved around R7 million in the 2015/2016 financial year by installing energy saving devices in its Union Buildings and Tuynhuys offices.The presidency said these energy savings were an equivalent to the energy supply for 1‚406 low income houses for a year.President Jacob Zuma announced on Wednesday that he had received an update report on the performance of the presidency energy saving campaign for its contribution towards energy savings in the country.
