Police given go-ahead to arrest ANC members caught looting in Tshwane

Gauteng Premier David Makhura has expressed regret about the looting and violence that flared up in Tshwane in response to the ANC's election selection for mayor‚ calling the actions criminal in nature. Makhura was speaking at the announcement of Gauteng mayoral candidates for the African National Congress in Johannesburg on Thursday.
