Mokonyane could be disciplined for comments on ANC's R1bn campaign

African National Congress (ANC) head of elections Nomvula Mokonyane is talking herself into trouble with the party. Mokonyane‚ who is Minister of Water Affairs and Sanitation‚ appears to have irked senior members of the party by stating that the ANC had spent more than R1-billion campaigning for the local government elections.
