DA‚ ANC neck and neck in tussle for Gauteng metros

Electoral results from Gauteng metros put the African National Congress (ANC) and Democratic Alliance (DA) continued to put the parties on equal footing. Overnight counting on Thursday night and Friday morning saw the DA slightly extend its lead over the ANC in Tshwane‚ which continued to hold the slimmest of margins over SA’s largest opposition party in Johannesburg.
