Too tight to call in Joburg and Tshwane

The two most strategically placed metros in Gauteng will go down to the wire as the battle between the Democratic Alliance and the African National Congress rages on. On Saturday morning‚ as at 8.44‚ the DA led in Tshwane with 43.44% followed by the ANC with 41% and the Economic Freedom Fighters with 11.
