Former Mhlontlo council speaker Zolile Malangeni and his wife were shot and killed at their Mayalulweni village home in Tsolo on Thursday night. He was set to make a return as a councillor after making it to the African National Congress’ proportional representative list.OR Tambo ANC regional boss Xolile Nkompela told DispatchLIVE that the motive for the killing was still unknown.
