Just logo away‚ appeal court tells ANC in Cape Town branding row

The opposition African National Congress (ANC) has once again lost its “logo case” against the City of Cape Town after its bid to have the matter heard by the Supreme Court of Appeal was dismissed.The ANC took issue with the city's move to change its logo and pay-off line in 2014‚ accusing it of not doing proper public participation on the matter.
