DA in court bid to have Hlaudi removed completely from SABC

The Democratic Alliance has headed back to court to take on Hlaudi Motsoeneng's most recent appointment at the South African Broadcasting Corporation. The party's federal executive chairperson James Selfe said at a press conference in Parliament on Wednesday that its founding affidavit had been filed in the Western Cape High Court.
