Health MEC orders suspended mortuary manager to leave workplace

KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Health Dr Sibongiseni Dhlomo ordered a mortuary manager who is on suspension to go home after she pitched up at her place of work. Dhlomo was visiting striking workers at the Magwaza Maphalala mortuary in Durban on Wednesday when the suspended manager entered the premises.At a meeting with workers who have been on strike for two days‚ Dhlomo was told that they were unhappy because their manager who was on suspension had resumed her duties on Monday.
