Zuma blocked from speaking to MPs

President Jacob Zuma cleared his throat twice and just when he was about to speak‚ an EFF MP interrupted. "You must not allow Mr Zuma to address this house because he violated his oath of office and lied to the country‚" member Tebogo Mokwele charged.National Council of Provinces (NCOP) chairperson Thandi Modise interrupted Mokwele and cautioned her about her conduct.
