Maimane to announce state capture report plan on Parliament steps

Democratic Alliance (DA) leader Mmusi Maimane will take to the steps of Parliament on Thursday to say what his party is going to do “in order to give full effect to the public protector’s explosive report on state capture”. This came as speculation mounted that President Jacob Zuma would postpone Thursday’s planned trip to Harare for the inaugural session of the South Africa-Zimbabwe Bi-National Commission.
