No shower is allowed here‚ a DA Johannesburg councillor was told by officials of the party. David Dewes‚ a ward councillor‚ arrived at the Democratic Alliance march for jobs with a shower above his head and a poster stating "jobs down the drain"‚ which caught much attention when he arrived at the Westgate station in downtown Johannesburg.Dewes was asked to leave the premises as his outfit was in bad taste."How can you ever respect the president who came in power with over 700 charges of corruption? He has thrown this country into a serious economic dilemma with its ratings (nearing) junk status. Where is the economic development that he promised this country‚ it is down the drain‚" said an unrepentant Dewes.However‚ he peacefully went to take off his outfit in his car and rejoined the thousands of protesters...
