ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa addressed the nation on Tuesday night on the resolutions taken by the party's national executive committee (NEC) during its recent two-day lekgotla.
He announced that the ruling party has decided to change the Constitution to expropriate land without compensation.
The other decisions made by the NEC will be announced on Wednesday.
