RECORDED | Judgment on Ace Magashule's suspension to be delivered

The high court in Johannesburg is expected to deliver judgment on the suspension of ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule.

Magashule is at loggerheads with his party after President Cyril Ramaphosa suspended him for defying the ANC's step-aside resolution. 

He argued that his suspension was unconstitutional and unlawful, asking the court to overturn it.
