The Constitutional Court is on Friday handing down judgment after its July order that refused direct access to the MK Party and former president Jacob Zuma’s bid to invalidate President Cyril Ramaphosa’s decisions regarding suspended police minister Senzo Mchunu’s leave of absence and related appointments.
