The commission of inquiry tasked with probing alleged efforts to stop the investigation or prosecution of Truth & Reconciliation Commission (TRC) cases is on Friday hearing oral arguments in an application for the recusal of its chairperson, retired justice Sisi Khampepe.
The applications are made by former presidents Thabo Mbeki and Jacob Zuma.
