The commission of inquiry tasked with probing alleged efforts to stop the investigation or prosecution of Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) cases resumes on Thursday.
It is hearing oral arguments in applications for the recusal of its chairperson, retired justice Sisi Khampepe, made by former presidents Thabo Mbeki and Jacob Zuma.
