SA sprint queen Carina Horn has tested positive for a banned substance‚ the IAAF’s Athletics Integrity Unit is reporting.

Horn‚ who holds the national women’s 100m record of 10.98sec‚ allegedly tested positive for Ibutamoren and LGD-4033‚ which can be used for boosting muscle growth.

The AIU said Horn was temporarily suspended pending a hearing.
