Siya Kolisi and Eben Etzebeth are out of the Springbok squad to face England early on Saturday evening.
Unconfirmed reports emanating from the Springbok camp say that Paul de Villiers will start in place of Kolisi with Pieter Steph du Toit moving to lock.
Cameron Hanekom will start in the seven jersey.
Ben Jason Dixon and Cobus Wiese are expected to move onto the bench.
