Newly-promoted Belgian top-flight side Eupen have signed former Kaizer Chiefs winger Phakamani Mngadi.Times Media Digital reported last week that Mngadi hoped to re-join Eupen‚ where he previously played before moving on loan to Chiefs for the 2014/15 season‚ and the deal has now been confirmed.As things stand he will be the fifth South African competing in the Belgian top-flight this season along with clubmate Ntuthuko Radebe‚ Ayanda Patosi (Lokeren)‚ Andile Jali (KV Oostende) and Anele Ngcongc...
