Times are tough, inflation inflammatory and the cost of living seemingly increasing by the month. Despite significant fuel price cuts implemented on September 4, the average motorist is facing a fair amount of pain when visiting the pumps. With this is mind we decided to see how far some of Mzansi's most popular cars can travel on R300. As personal driving style and other variables will see results vary, we decided to use each vehicle's factory claimed fuel consumption figure. Depending on how you treat the throttle, you might be able to improve on the theoretical range given.
