Argument about the constitutionality of tax secrecy takes centre stage at the Constitutional Court

Media houses made a concession about obtaining former president Jacob Zuma's tax records in the Constitutional Court on Tuesday -  saying they would “leave that fight for another day” - and focused on a constitutional challenge to  the legislation that creates an absolute prohibition on the public ever accessing tax records.
