A bruising three month strike at Sibanye-Stillwater's gold operations that embroiled the minerals minister and the president, has raised, in some quarters, questions about the tenure of CEO Neal Froneman. Yet many analysts rate Froneman highly for the returns he has delivered to shareholders and his candor.
