Game Review: 'Minecraft' meets 'Zelda' in 'Dragon Quest Builder'

The latest addition to the 'Dragon Quest' series features an engaging building element, writes Sylvia McKeown

I don't know whose bright idea it was to combine Minecraft and Zelda but here we go. Your vaguely customisable character wakes up in a tomb with a sassy voice in your ear telling you that you are indeed "not a hero" but have to use your special building skills to save this world plunged into creative darkness by the Dragon Lord.
Square Soft once again serves up another frolicking Dragon Quest role-playing game (RPG), this time with a literal cubey Minecraft-esque building element. Yet somehow, it still feels like it is its own thing.
