Beyoncé's Homecoming special which aired on Wednesday morning has the Beyhive losing their minds.

Beyoncé and Netflix treated fans to a much-anticipated special based on her 2018 Coachella performance which has since been dubbed as Beychella.

The more than two-hour film features numerous performances from Beyoncé's first headlining gig at Coachella.

Snippets of intimate videos of the singer with her husband Jay-Z and her three children, Blue Ivy, Sir and Rumi, were also featured in the film. Beyoncé gave her fans a look into the behind-the-scenes and preparations for the big show.

The singer also expanded on her decision to name her Coachella performance and the special as Homecoming.

In the film, Beyoncé pays homage to various historically black colleges and universities in the US, including quotes from Spelman and Morehouse scholars.

The singer also spoke about motherhood and how the birth of her twins in 2017 had a huge impact on her physical wellbeing following a difficult pregnancy.

The film also features appearances from Solange as well as former Destiny's Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

Homecoming left Beyoncé fans in awe, from the choreography, Blue Ivy's singing and the HBCU theme.
