What's it about? Shad Kabango continues his journey across the US in search of the OGs and pioneers of the ever-evolving sounds of hip-hop. This time he's down south and in New Orleans investigating the ways these areas took the genre, made it their own and introduced innovations in production and distribution that changed the hip-hop world forever.

What's it about? A silly but reasonably clever comedy that mixes police procedural with emergency-room soap opera to create a rollicking high jinks mish mash that offers plenty of easy laughs and in-joke fun-poking at two of television's most beloved genres.

Watch: Thieves of the Wood

What's it about? The forests of 18th-century Belgium take centre stage in this sumptuous period thriller about the exploits of folk legend highwayman Jan de Lichte. Sometimes confusing but often dramatically engaging.

IF YOU HAVE 8.5 HOURS ...

Watch: Sex Education Season 2 

What's it about? The cringeworthy but hilarious adventures of pubescent teen Otis and his embarrassing sex therapist mother continue in a show that's easy to relate to and full of good jokes and plenty of heart.

IF YOU HAVE 10 HOURS ...

Watch: Star Trek: Picard

What's it about? Patrick Stewart reprises his role from the popular TV show in an exploration of the adventures of Captain Picard beyond his days in the force. Not much is known yet as to what to expect — but it's Patrick Stewart in space and who doesn't want to watch that?
