"Clothing needs to fit and make you feel good. So when designing, I create silhouettes that flatter different body shapes," says designer Ekta Kalan of EKTA, a local womenswear brand that offers sophisticate pieces in sizes ranging from 28 to 40.

"We all have aspects of ourselves that we dislike and like. So when dressing, wear something that highlights what you love about yourself," says Kalan.
""If you have very curvy hips and a tiny waist,  for instance, consider wearing something that balances your body. Try a dress or shirt that accentuates your waist and flares at the hip to create a balanced shape.
"If you have small hips or a slightly straight shape, wear a belted dress or shirt to create a curvier shape and accentuate your waist."..
