Runway beauty trends you can wear in real life

THE TREND: BOLD EYES AND LIPS IN MATCHING TONES
The Japanese designer duo 5-Knot's eclectic collection and the Tuelo Nguyuza show were complemented perfectly with bold washes of colour across eyes.
At 5-Knot, models strutted down the runway with orange, purple and bottle-green hues in the form of thick winged liner and semi-feathered lips in the same colour, while at Tuelo Nguyuza, acidic blues, pinks and greens were the memo.
THE TREND: AFRO HIGH PONYTAILS
It may just be the time to pack away your hair straightener. The sleek, summer low ponytail was thrown out at the Kahindo show in favour of sky-high Afro-texture ponytails that screamed easy-going resort beauty.
The duality of smooth hairline and curly hair texture at the top gave a new meaning to holiday hair.
THE TREND: GOLDEN DISCO LIPS
The era of glittery eye looks may be toning down but glitter lips are still having a moment.
The Orapeleng Modutle show gave us a little bit of 1920s flapper girl and a splash of Studio 54 disco with sparkly headscarves adding glamour to simple ponytails and a stamp of gold glitter adorning lips.
