How to make your own nourishing avocado hair mask

What you'll need:

1 ripe avocado

1 ripe banana

2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2-3 tbsp sweet almond oil

5 drops lavender essential oil

How to make it:

Blend it all and sieve it through to remove the fibres from the avocado and banana.

How to use it:

Apply to the hair and let it sit for 30 minutes, covered with a plastic shower cap. Rinse out with lukewarm, never hot, water.
