Ask my family members what their favourite sandwich is and they’ll tell you that I don’t make it – Nouriti does. Having recently taken over the space Delicious once occupied at La Lucia Mall, Nouriti offers a fresh and fantastic take on fast food.

A fresh take on fast food

Nouriti’s approach is simple – fast food that’s healthy, easy and ever so lovely to eat. The powerhouse couple behind Nouriti, Lisa Jane Gregory and Dean Grobler, say that the inspiration to offer “healthy fast food” stemmed from what they wished was available. “Modern life is busy, and we’re hoping to help families improve their nutrition by making healthy food convenient,” says Lisa.

Convenient nutrition

Being located within La Lucia Mall makes sense for Nouriti because shoppers can easily pick up a quick, healthy meal once they’ve grabbed their groceries for the week. Oh, but you should stick around for a coffee too because Nouriti uses The Training Co coffee beans.

You’ll find The Training Co on Umhlanga Rocks Drive, and yes, Lisa and Dean own and operate that too. Lisa and Dean’s keen focus on fitness comes to life through The Training Co, and their love for great food and good nutrition shines through Nouriti.

Healthy food that works for your lifestyle

Nouriti’s range of Fitness Meals are pretty spectacular, as clients create their own in accordance with their fitness training programmes, or in line with their personal tastes. With a focus on clean food that’s fresh and fantastic, there are no hidden ingredients lurking in sauces or the like.

As Lisa says: “We’re always 100% transparent in our offerings, what’s on the menu is what’s in the meal, we’re not shy to share recipes, either – all of us want to know what we’re eating.”

Coming soon

The Nouriti team are also planning to service La Lucia and Umhlanga office parks soon, and enable office workers to order lunches for delivery. No more slap chips at your desk, but fresh and flipping gorgeous food on the go!

Lisa also says that they’re planning some great winter menu items including “delicious soups, stews and casseroles and a variety of oil free curries.”
