These burger gurus have the question we've all been needing an answer to. What is the secret to a good hamburger? A French restaurant that specialises in hamburgers? "Why not," said Michel Morand, owner of Bistro Michel in Joburg. "South Africans love meat and they love hamburgers." He said that in Paris hamburgers were very in, in keeping with the worldwide trend to eat simpler food.
