RECIPE: Banting-friendly Spanish prawns with chorizo

Chef Jonno Proudfoot's LCHF recipe for a quick and easy seafood supper

Ingredients:
800g (21/25) prawns with the shell on and vein out
5ml (1 tsp) smoked paprika
5ml (1 tsp ) dried oregano
Large knob of butter
200g chorizo, peeled and sliced
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
60ml (4 tbsp) chopped parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
A little extra lemon for seasoning
