RECIPE: Endive, goat's cheese & strawberry canapes

This posh party snack is super easy to make

Serves: 4-6
Filling:
200g plain goat's cheese
125g smooth cream cheese
30ml (2 tbsp) icing sugar, sifted
5ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon
2.5ml (½ tsp) ground nutmeg
Finely grated zest and juice of 1 small orange
To serve:
2 endive (also known as witlof), leaves pulled apart
125g strawberries, halved
60ml (4 tbsp) runny honey or maple syrup
60ml (4 tbsp) dukkah (Egyptian nut, seed & herb mix)
Method:
1. Place the filling ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
2. When ready to serve, arrange the endive leaves on a serving platter.
3. Spoon filling into each leaf and top with strawberries, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of dukkah...
