Ingredients:
3-4 sweet ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed (you could use other seasonal fruit like berries)
Ice cubes
Method:
1. Blend mango and a handful of ice cubes in a food processor until smooth.
2. Scoop the mixture into ice-lolly moulds.
3. Freeze for 4-5 hours or until solid.
